Jennifer Glueck Bezoza is the Founder and Principal of Leading for Good. Optimistic, caring, and passionate, while also structured, direct and results- oriented, Jennifer supports her clients in to hone their individual leadership style and strengths.
Having worked for and with a variety of for profit and not for profit mission driven organizations, including General Electric, Towers Perrin, Experian CheetahMail, Visiting Nurse Service of New York, the Eli Broad Foundation, and the New York City Department of Education, Jennifer has designed, facilitated and coached for a number of high potential leadership development programs. In addition, she has led large-scale employee engagement initiatives and worked on a variety of talent development and organizational culture initiatives and coached leaders in middle and senior levels at the aforementioned organizations.
Jennifer holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College and a BA with honors in Humanities and Psychology from Stanford University. She completed her executive coaching coursework through New York University and also through David Rock's Neuroleadership Group. In addition, she is a certified ACC coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360-degree feedback assessment suite, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the
Jennifer honors her passions for health and well-being and collaborative communication and problem solving by actively serving on the boards of two organizations: the New York Peace Institute, a conflict and mediation organization, and Refresh Body, LLC an in home spa company.
A native Californian until college graduation, Jennifer has since lived in Jerusalem, Boston, Washington DC. Since 2001, NYC has become home. Many formative lessons came through competitive sports, having led a volleyball team to a Junior Olympic title and then later playing on and serving as a captain on the Stanford field hockey team. While her time on a court or a field has long come to an end, you may find her frequently running to Pandora music along the East River and hiking with her family in upstate NY.
Amanda Gitlin Weiner is a leadership coach and senior consultant who empowers others to achieve organizational and personal goals in a way that is authentic, engaging, and effective. Amanda partners with leaders at all levels to help each find his/her potential, believing that one need not have a formal “leader” title to act and be perceived as one. Amanda also works with groups and teams to help them function effectively in order to achieve an organization’s goals in a way that feels sincere to them as individuals. Amanda approaches each engagement through the lens of organizational theories coupled with strength-based individual approaches.
Amanda has worked for more than a decade to develop leadership and talent within organizations. Amanda engages in projects across all facets of organizational development and effectiveness, but what Amanda loves most is working with individuals/groups/teams to develop key competencies and strengths. To do so, she uses tools such as MBTI, 360 assessments, FIRO-B, strategic planning tools, team norming/forming sessions and individual leadership coaching. Amanda is a skilled presenter and educator, and has both created and facilitated sessions on nearly all aspects of leadership and change management. Amanda holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BSM from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business. To develop her coaching style, Amanda has practiced under the guidance of iCoachNewYork’s esteemed coaches and holds a certificate in Executive Coaching from the Zicklin School of Business. Amanda is also passionate about effective communication and helping others achieve their optimum communication performance; she was an active member of Toastmasters International and served in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President of Education and President. Amanda is an active member of the community and had the honor of serving as a Hospice volunteer for several years. She resides in New York City with her husband and sons.
